I am a product nut. Whether it be at the discovery or delivery phase I help to ideate, validate, plan, and deliver new & re-imagined offerings. I work with companies both large and small to help them unwrap the personal experiences of their customers and to turn their stories into fresh product insights leading to loved experiences.
With a background as a developer, I thrive on technical challenges, but execute research that is empathetic to real user needs. By combining customer data with industry trends and personal experiences I help to create fresh ideas with concepts that are feasible, viable, and most importantly - desirable.
